Lack of quality/ unprofessional

I am disgusted with the policy of this company. They are a very unprofessional company to work for and they should be shut down by now. In their website they make this statement " 1099 employee misclassification risks by hiring all our event staff as W2 variable hour employee". They do that so they can give you a hard time to pay the exact amount they own you. They mislead information about the contract so they get they big cut on the paycheck. I am contacting the labor department as I am not accepting the ridiculous $ they sent me. I worked 4 days and they only want to pay me the equivalent of one day. The booking agents are very unqualified and no wonder this company lost credit as a event staffing company. I will never work for them again!!! BAS Beware of this terrible company!!!!!

They will make any excuse not to pay you. I have had to call and email hundreds of different employees and no response. I even called the CEO John and he hung up on me. Wow professional. $14/hr is way too low they are definitely taking a good cut. If I had not have been so proactive they would not have paid. It took over 90 days and that's after calling. Usually is 30 days pay for most companies. I have never had so many problems with a company. They sent my check to wrong address then waited a month to resend and then charge me a reprint fee when I had verified my correct address at the time the check was being sent out. They also booked me for two day job and canceled never told me and refused to pay, its in contract they need to pay me for that. That is industry standard. This place is a joke, stay away. In the end their business will fall apart and their greed will get them nowhere.

Event Pro Strategies

I worked an event October 29, 2011 and will probally not get paid until after the new year. They changed the hours and they did not provide a lunch break or regular break or any food or snacks while working and everyone else is getting paid today and they are saying the earliest they can get a check cut is next week which is 4 days before Christmas. They have been aware about my situation and suppostly their hands are tied. Im going to try and shut them down for waisting my time, gas and energy! They also sent me an event an]bout another event and did not follow through and i only worked 1 day five hours and should not have to wait 45 to 60 days.

Just thought you all would love to know, they filed bankruptcy. Terrible company. They also let a lot of angry unpaid BAs.

EPS owes me for 3 days of work starting May1 and I keep getting every excuse in the book why I am not getting paid while everyone else did. They either don't want to pay me or stretching the time to collect the interest.

I reported them to BBB, unfortunately they can not force EPS to pay me and suggested I contact Department of Labor, which is my next step. It's nothing, but STEALING, making people work for FREE.... I hope as many as possible read these reviews.

I worked with many such companies, never experience that type of treatment and complete disregard of my messages or just trying to brush me off, but saying that they will pay , but not saying When??? It's been almost 4 months!

Also, this company among all other companies in the same field have very low pay, extremely picky to the point of harassment for skinny pants and wrong colored shoes, while all other companies I worked for never cared about that. There are plenty of other companies that pay $18 -$25/hour w/o complaining and nit picking on every piece of closing including not wearing a belt in you pants and not having belt loops.

They are slow paying if you even do get paid at all, for me its been more than 90 days no pay, they screwed up my dates of work claiming that they yet to prove that I worked those days, while I have all the clothes complaining emails from them to prove that I worked. They also do not give you breaks even if you work for 8 hrs, or give like 15 mins, and then complain that you sit on the break too.

Hi, thank you for you comment, too bad you did not manage to shut them down. I have a very similar situation except for me it has been more than 90 days and EPS is using any excuse not to pay me even to the point of accusing me of theft of the missing coupons while there were others working with me on the same promo. My question is, did they ever pay you what they owed you?

This company pays every one two months late for a 1 or 4 days of work. They already have their money from the companies to pay their workers.

I do the same type of work and I am either paid in advance or within 10 days after the event. I recommend people to don't work for this company. They are having financial issues.. that is why it take them so long to pay.

They are covering their expense first and paying the workers last. Do not work for them.

Find another company to work for. :zzz

This company is terrible. I have attempted to contact them numerous amounts of times, I leave voicemails, and get no response.

It's been over 2 months since I've been paid for a two day job that only adds up to $100. I will never work for this company again.

This company is prolific with late payments to their brand ambassadors while they expect promptness in return from you. It takes MONTHS at times to get paid with only

an apology in return from the company. DO NOT AGREE TO WORK FOR THEM.

THIS COMPANY HAS SCREWED ME OVER FOR THE LAST TIME.

I have been a great Brand Ambassador for this company and EVERY TIME payment is late, they don't even know where it is, not even their Director of Operations, unprofessional, uncoordinated, how the *** do these people even manage to stay in business?? Oh yeah, because they are SCAMMERS in the guise of a reputable.promotional agency.

I work in the industry for actual reliable and ethical promotional companies. All of the the reviews for EPS say the same thing, horrible experience, primarily with late payment, non payment, horrible communicatiin and just general incompetence.

DO NOT WORK FOR EPS, WE AS PROMOTIONAL WORKERS NEED TO.CUT THEM OFF AND STAND UP.AGAINST THEM.

They currently owe me approximately $600.00 and I am.considering filing suit as this is the second time they have proved to.have their heads up their "behinds".
